HUMANITY
CAN’T WAIT
For Justice and Peace in the Middle East
Humanity can’t wait while Gaza is being devastated and Palestinians live under siege and occupation.
We amplify the urgent calls for justice, dignity, and peace grounded in international law.
We gather the voices calling to end the genocide, the crimes against humanity, and the illegal occupation, as well as all structures of violence, for good.
And we make them heard.
We aim to apply strategic pressure on governments to stop the ongoing genocide, ensure immediate and unrestricted humanitarian access, and support the long-term dismantling of all structures of occupation and apartheid.
We believe that digital mobilisation, when rooted in international law and moral clarity, can shift public opinion and policy. Our mission is to transform outrage into coordinated, global action.
Once live, this platform will be available in several languages.
A Global Call
Recognise Palestine: Uphold Sovereignty and Basic Rights
Recognition must be followed by concrete actions to end occupation, dismantle apartheid, and uphold full sovereignty.”
End the Violence: Governments Unite for Peace in Palestine/Israel
Violence must end — starting with the structural violence of occupation, siege, and military assault. Sustainable peace requires ending impunity for state-led violence.
Prevent illegal killings: No Military or Economic Support
States must end all military support for the Israeli regime, responsible for widespread violations of international law. Accountability for all parties must be pursued — but distinctions in power and scope must be acknowledged. BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) needs to be agreed and implemented by the international community.
Protect Life: Clean Water, Food, and Medical Aid
The humanitarian crisis in Gaza is a direct consequence of siege, bombardment, and the destruction of basic infrastructure. States must ensure access to water, food, medical care — and demand the lifting of the blockade
Pathway to Peace: Ensuring Stability
There can be no peace without justice. Any sustainable solution must address the root causes: occupation, displacement, apartheid, and denial of Palestinian rights.
This Call seeks to focus on the resolution of the conflict, the meeting of humanitarian needs and a path to a sustainable future. Legal accountability is essential and must be actively supported by the international community, including through the ICC, ICJ, and national jurisdictions.

1. Historical perspective
A clear understanding of the Nakba, decades of military occupation, and settler colonial practices is essential for identifying paths to justice and lasting peace.
2. Precedents
The Israeli occupation and system of apartheid have precedents in global patterns of racialized domination and colonial violence — from settler colonialism in North America and Australia, to South African apartheid. These comparisons are not just symbolic — they offer legal and moral frameworks for resistance and justice.
3. Legal perspectives
In 2024, the ICJ issued a historic advisory opinion declaring Israel’s occupation of the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) illegal. It further demanded the immediate withdrawal of all Israeli settlers. UN investigations have also identified war crimes and crimes against humanity, including targeting of health infrastructure and systemic abuse of detainees.
4. Economic perspective
The flow of arms and financial support from the U.S. and Europe enables the continuation of violence and occupation. In parallel, lobbying and political pressure have influenced international institutions, undermining their credibility and delaying justice.
Why this call?
5. Global perspectives
Western governments and media have historically failed to represent Palestinian voices and experiences. From the erasure of the Nakba to the framing of resistance as terrorism, this distortion has perpetuated injustice and enabled impunity.
6. Common Sense
Armed resistance movements such as Hamas and Hezbollah emerged in response to military occupation and systemic injustice. While their actions must be subject to international law, it is vital to understand the political and social contexts that drive such movements. Continued oppression will only perpetuate cycles of violence.
7. Ethical considerations
Justice must be rooted in truth-telling. Ethical discourse requires not just caring, but clarity — naming oppression, exposing disinformation, and committing to justice for all victims, especially those long silenced.
8. Solutions-based Perspective
We believe that solutions must be rooted in justice, decolonization, equal rights, and accountability. These require bold international action — not just dialogue but concrete change.
9. Future focus
This is a turning point for the future of the international rules-based order. Real peace means dismantling systems of domination and creating frameworks where cultures, religions and communities can thrive in dignity — together.
